Hi, JC Penney stores are giving away $10 off $10, or more coupons on Saturday morning September 23, 2017.
They give out the coupons at the door, and the stores start the giveaway when they open, and these coupons go very fast so get there early. You may end up having to wait in a long line, so be prepared.

They've done this before, and there are lots of $5 and $10 items for sale. The last two times I went I got 2 really nice bath towels each time--for free! Check out their circular, and sales racks, and if you really don't need anything get something for someone else.
Limit one per person, and you must be 18 years, or older to receive the coupon.
