Hi, on Saturday, October 8, 2016, from 11am to 4pm, Sam's Club will be offering FREE health screenings.  The tests are open to the public; no membership is required.

The tests may include:  Glucose, Total Cholesterol, HDL, Risk Ratio, Blood Pressure, and Body Fat Percentage, and Vision Screening.  They are only available at Sam's Clubs with a Pharmacy Department.
