Hi, all Toys"R"Us stores (excluding Toys“R”Us Express, and Outlet locations) are having a FREE NERF Fest Event on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 12pm to 2pm. They are having a number of fun activities for the kids, and some free giveaways.

This event is intended for children, ages 8-up. Parental supervision is required at all times. All giveaways, and event materials available while supplies last, and distributed to participating children only.

Limit one per child. Quantities limited; no rain checks.

No purchase is necessary.

FREE - FRUGAL ALERT! JC PENNEY FREE COUPON GIVEAWAY ON SATURDAY AUGUST 19, 2017.

Hi, JC Penney stores are giving away $10 off $10 or more coupons on Saturday morning August 19, 2017.

Everyone will get the $10 coupon, but I believe there are also a few higher value coupons.  So you could be really lucky.

Most of the stores are starting the giveaway when they open, and these coupons go fast so get there early.

They've done this before, and even if you only get a $10 coupon there are lots of $5 and $10 items for sale.   The last two times I went I got 2 really nice bath towels each time--for free!  Check out their circular, and sales racks, and if you really don't need anything get something for someone else.

Hi, Kmart has "FREE Friday Fix" every Friday.

If you download their mobile app you can get a FREE item every Friday.

Here is the link to download their mobile app.  After you download it, tap on "Friday Fix" to access the coupon.

This week the FREE item is Smart Sense Plastic Cups 20ct.  To get the coupon you have to sign up today, on Friday, and  you have to redeem the coupon by Sunday, August 20, 2017.

Sometimes they can substitute the item without notice.  It's still worth it, since it is FREE, and if you can't use it you can gift it to someone who can.

Visit a LEGO Store and learn how to build a LEGO Dinosaur Model, and take it home – for FREE!

LEGO is having their FREE September Monthly Mini Builds on Tuesday, and Wednesday, September 5  and 6. Stores will no longer accept walk-ins on the night of the event.  You now need to register your child ahead of time.  Here is the link for that.

The Monthly Mini Model Build events are only open to registered LEGO VIP members. Not a VIP? It's easy, and free to sign up! Just visit a LEGO Store and ask a Brick Specialist how to sign up at checkout, or click here to sign up online

Quantities are limited to about 120 per store per night, and the offer is good only while supplies last, so sign up now.  One registration has a limit of 4 children per household.

Please note that you are registering for a building event.  Guests must participate in the event to receive the FREE set.  Guests will not be permitted to collect the set, and immediately leave, and may not pick the set up at a later date, or time.

Models are not for sale, and cannot be purchased. One FREE per child. The event is open to children ages 6-14 only.

FREE - FRUGAL ALERT! HOME DEPOT KIDS WORKSHOP ON SEPTEMBER 2, 2017 - BUILD A PENCIL CASE.

Hi, on Saturday, September 2, 2017, kids can make a FREE Pencil Case at 9am at Home Depot.  At this workshop you and your child can build a handy pencil case just in time for back to school.  Once the pencil box is built, your child can decorate it with paint and stickers.

The workshops for kids are totally FREE for children ages 3-12. All kids get to keep their craft, receive a FREE certificate of achievement, a Workshop Apron, and a commemorative pin.

Hi, PetSmart stores host FREE events each month.  They sometimes have different events at each PetSmart, so you'll have to check the one in your area to see which event is scheduled.

At some of the PetSmart stores on August 16, 2017, they are having a FREE Doggie Day Camp Party.  This event takes place from 9am to 11am. 

Bring your dog for a fun day of playtime, exercise and socializing at their themed event. See your local store for details.
