FREE STUFF


Here are a some free things that are worth checking out.  I try to keep this updated, but sometimes things change quickly, so if you see that an offer has expired please let me know, and I'll remove it. Thanks a bunch.  Enjoy!


1.   Here are some REDBOX DVD CODES, which will make your DVD rental FREE!  I'm going to try to keep the list updated weekly, so please check back often.  Please let me know if any no longer work, and I'll remove them.  Please also remember, all these codes only work once, so they will not work if you try to use them more then one time.  They may work once on each different credit card, you will have to try it and see.

2.   Free Birthday Movie from Redbox when you get the Redbox Play Pass.  There are other benefits as well, including a Free Movie Night on your Redbox Play Pass anniversary.  Here is the link with all the details.

3.   Kids Bowl Free is a great summer program.  If you're not familiar with the "Kids Bowl Free" program, check it out, and sign up your kids each summer.  You need to register them to participate in the program.   Here is the link to all the information, which includes a link to check out the Bowling Centers that participate in your area.

There are a number of details with this offer, but basically registered kids receive 2 Free Games of bowling every day all summer long!  It's valued at over $500 per child.   Many kids all over the country have already participated.

4.   Kids Skate Free is a great summer program.  If you're not familiar with the "Kids Skate Free" program, check it out, and sign up your kids each summer.  You need to register them to participate in the program.   Here is the link to all the information, which includes a link to check out the Skating Centers that participate in your area.

There are a number of details with this offer, but basically you register your kids at the participating skating center in your area, and  they can skate for Free during hours determined by the skating center.  Each skating center also sets up the ages eligible for this Free offer.    Many centers offer this Free program all year round.

5.   Free Fun for kids at JOANN stores.  Your child will love the free Crafting Events, and Hands-On Demos that they have for the kids.  Check it out here.

6.   Join the Firehouse Subs Birthday Club and enjoy a free sub on the day of your birthday. Check it out here.

7.   Join the Baskin Robbins Birthday Club and get a free scoop of ice cream on your birthday.  Check it out here.

8.   Home Depot offers FREE Kids Workshops the first Saturday of every month, for children ages 5-12 years old.  Your child will have fun learning to build something, and they will take it home, all for FREE.  They are held at 9:00am-12:00pm the first Saturday of every month, at all Home Depot stores.  This is another great offer.

All kids get to keep their craft, receive a FREE certificate of achievement, a Workshop Apron, and a commemorative pin.  One workshop kit, apron and pin per child.

You need to register your child ahead of time, and some locations fill up really fast, so keep an eye on the calendar, and register early.

9.   UPDATE:  Unfortunately, after 10 years, Lowe's has ended these Free Workshops.  If you are unhappy with this situation contact the company, and let them know. 

Lowe's offers FREE Kids Build And Grow Workshops during the year.  Your child will have fun learning to build something, and will take it home all for FREE.  The workshops are held every month on Saturday morning, or a weekday evening.  It doesn't get much better than that, right?

10.   You can sign your kids up for FREE to the Kid's Lego Club. Kids ages 5-9 will receive the Free Lego Club Magazine, the older kids can access the digital Lego Club magazine, and there are other various perks as well.  Here is the link.

11.   Lego Stores also has a VIP Membership that you can sign your child up for FREE.  You can sign up here.  With this membership your child can attend the FREE Monthly Mini Build events they have during the year as well as some additional perks.  You do have to register your child for each FREE Mini Build event you want to attend.  Registration for the Mini Builds begins the month before, and it is highly recommend that you sign up for these very popular events as early as possible. 12.   Each year Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream gives away over one million ice cream cones on their Free Cone Day.  It usually takes place every spring.  I hope you got yours this year on March 23, 2010, as I posted it in my blog.  If you missed it, keep an eye out for it every spring, as I'll post it every year.

14.   Each year Rita's gives away FREE Italian Ice on the first day of spring.  I hope you got yours this year on March 20, 2017, as I posted it in my blog.  If you missed it, keep an eye out for it every spring, as I'll try to post it every year.

15.   You can sign your kids up for FREE to the Kid's Club at Barnes & Noble. Your child will get a free cupcake on their birthday, and they will also get a free digital book created by your child on Tikatok.com.

Some other rewards you will receive, are a $5 reward for every $100 you spend on kids' stuff online, or in stores, and a 30% off list price on any one kids' book, or toy for your child. There are a few other rewards, and all the details are on this link.

16.  Barnes and Noble also has a great Kids Summer Reading Program.  Kids earn a FREE book.  Kids read any 8 books, and then receive a free book.  You can check out the details here.

17.  Kids in grades K-6 can earn FREE Six Flags Theme Park tickets through their Read to Succeed Program, which only requires 6 hours of recreational reading.  Make sure you check it out in the beginning of the year, because you have to sign up early, as the registration closes early each year. 18.   Cinnabon offers a special birthday freebie when you sign up for Club Cinnabon.  Also, when you first sign up you'll get a FREE Minibon roll, as well as a special birthday treat on your special day. You can check it out here.

19.   Krispy Kreme offers a FREE doughnut, and small coffee on your birthday when you join their Friends of Krispy Kreme E-CLUB. You can check it out here.

20.   IHOP offers a FREE full stack of their famous Rooty Tooty Fresh 'N Fruity Pancakes when you join their "Pancakes Revolution, Pancakes To The People" club. When you join you will receive a stack right away, and then every year thereafter on your anniversary of joining, as well as every year on your birthday.  You must be 13 years or older to join/participate.  You can check it out here.

21.   Red Robin offers a FREE burger on your birthday when you sign up for their Red Robin Royalty Rewards program. There are other perks throughout the year as well.  You can check it out here.

22.   Everyone can get FREE Kindle eBooks on Amazon.   Even if you don't have a Kindle you can still get them by downloading the FREE Kindle App so that you can read them on your own ebook reader.  You can discover a new author, read a classic, or reread an old favorite.

They offer many FREE ebooks, and while some are permanently FREE, others are for a limited time only.
