If you download their mobile app you can get a FREE item every Friday.

This week the FREE item is a Bow Wow Rope Tug with a Tennis Ball Toy. You have to redeem the coupon by Sunday, May 15, 2016.
Some people have been receiving a FREE Friskies Treat instead. So I guess they can substitute it without notice. It's still worth it, since it is FREE, and if you can't use it you can gift it to someone who can.
