Friday June, 4, 2010, is National Donut Day. This is not a joke, lol.
Krispy Kreme is giving away a free donut on Friday.
While I don't recommend eating donuts, if you are healthy and eating a clean
healthy diet on a daily basis, then you could probably handle an occasional
treat,
