FREE - FRUGAL ALERT! SAM'S CLUB HAS FREE HEALTH SCREENINGS JULY 12, 2014

Hi, this Saturday, July 12, 2014, from 11am to 3pm, Sam's Club will be offering FREE health screenings.  The tests are open to the public.

The tests include:  Glucose, Total Cholesterol, HDL, Risk Ratio, Blood Pressure, Body Fat Percentage, and Vision.  They are only available at Sam's Clubs with a Pharmacy Department.
