All you have to do is sign up, and print the coupon for the free flatbread, but if you don't want to print it, you can show the coupon on your mobile phone.
You can chose between two different weeks as to when you want to redeem it.
You can choose the week of June 25 - July 1, 2013, but you have to print all coupons by today!

I do want to add, that you have to give your email address so that they will continue to send you offers, but you can give them one you have for that purpose. A Yahoo, or Gmail address is good for that.
The coupon is personalize for you, and is not transferable. The coupon does state one per table, and it is not for valid for To-Go orders.
